I have purchased both Sprite & SPB BU.

I use SPB exclusively now, I don't even bother installing Sprite anymore.

I have done a TON of restores on my old Titan's (I haven't needed to do one on my TouchPro yet). I always did a hard reset FIRST, then restored the BU file. 99% of the restores worked perfectly, but once in a great while after a restore I would get like 30 errors in a row on the next reboot. When a restore went bad like that, I would simply hard reset & do the restore again (with either the same BU file, or sometimes a different one). The 2nd time, it would always work just fine.
