Truth be told, there should only be one kitchen base per build, which everyone should work from. I suppose a large part of the reason we have so many kitchens is because people insist on using bepe's old tools - probably because there is so much bad advice regarding them - which encourages some very poor practices, in addition to being cumbersome. At one time, it was the only way to do it...but that was a long time ago. These days, anyone who suggests using bepe's old tools is demonstrating ignorance.
