Should have done this before. Upon further review... it does not just happen when texting, about anytime the qwerty comes up. Lowercase only. Weird.
Let's see, I've installed... G-Alarm, S2P, S2U2. I guess I could go back and remove each and see if that does it. I can't fathom why those apps would do it, but stranger things have happened.
