Those are WM Themes. Go to Start -> Settings -> Today and then pick a theme. You can download other PPC themes on the net from various website. You just need to look for the ones that are for QVGA screens like the Mogul. You can copy them to your My Documents folder on your phone to show up in the list of avaiable themes.

Why should we specifically look for QVGA themes? I hate the way the themes I transferred over from my 6700 look on the 6800.
