When you installed lllboredlll's fix what steps did you take. I know it says to install the fix, then update the PRL but for me I had to update the PRL, then install the fix for my GPS to work. Also are you positive your location is set to on? I always use HTC Quick GPS to download weekly sat settings to get the quickest fix (9-11 satellites in under 15 seconds). It may be your ROM however, you may want to just flash to a ROM with the GPS fix already pre-loaded. Only ROM I use its SCROSLER see my signature for the link to his page, or check his thread usually located on the first page of the CDMA TP Forum.
