Here's my first attempt at OEM's.

This is PB 5.2.06 with default theme. English only.
The first time I cooked it into my ROM there was no text but I think I fixed that by adding the registry entry for the location of the language file.

Give it a try. Worst case you'll just have to install PB overtop of it. It goes to the same folder. It shows up in the "Shareware" group in BuildOS

EDIT: Still no text on menus and buttons in PocketBreeze. Close but no cigar, I guess. It's a start anyway.

EDIT: I fixed a typo in initflashfiles.txt that was copying one of the skin files to 2 different names :P Also added HighDpiRes.dll which shouldn't be needed on Apache because it deletes the file after first run anyway, but whatever might fix this. Couple more reg entries found as well.

EDIT: I updated the attachment. 100% working. It's not enabled on the today screen by default, but you can enable it by changing ...

Code:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Today\Items\PocketBreeze]
"Enabled"=dword:00000000
to 00000001 in the RGU file.
