If my phone has been off for a peroid of time, the screen blacks out when it is turned on. I have to keep pressing the end button and the TF3D loads up Does anyone else have this problem?

When I changed my background from black to an image i have saved, that image loads up and I have to press end to close it out

(hope thats clear enough for someone to understand lol)
