From what I have seen, it's just a crapshoot. Keep returning it until you get a "good one." There are people that like their original 10/12 models...
Funny thing is, I can't count the number of times I saw "Mine works perfectly," or "No problems, whatsoever," only to find later on in the thread, another post from that same person, replacing the original phone...
edit: seriously, like 50% of people initially said they had a "perfect" phone, and ended up changing their minds later... iiinnteresting... I changed quite a few of them to reflect the actual defect, rather than leave the "works perfect" there, since it simply takes up too much room... but interesting, none-the-less...
I think it's safe to call this phone the most-exchanged-of-all-time...
