It is basically like a social networking app that lets you see who is around you based on their GPS location. People can post their pictures, names, gender, about me info, etc... and you will be able to see and messages to a person thru the app.

Actually there is it's Navizon. Best of all it's a free download and you can use the buddy locator feature. Cool app for a few minutes, but very useful if your frineds are prone to getting lost on way to meetings etc.... lol
