Re: 12/25/08 Verizon GPS Fix v2.0

My first impression of QuickGPS is also VERY good.

I got a lock in my house last night (never got a lock in the house before) and this morning, outside, I got a lock in about 10-15 seconds. Yesterday (without QGPS), it took 2 minutes.

Sometimes though, if the GPS was recently used at the same location, I think it locked easier, so I'm not 100% ready to celebrate QGPS, but if the first impression holds, then there's not really so much of a need for aGPS.
