tovia, i paid 199+tax i spent a while there, also if you want beforehand call retentions, and tell them you want to upgrade and your phone has issues and put notes in the account, then tell bb to call and then they can read the notes, I had them call with no notes, and they forced it thru for me.

ffyter, good luck with sprint, although some had luck with it, I had this issue and talked to about 10 people or so, I returned it to the store, then went to BB like 2-3 days later, after they showed the phone returned and got it at BB. You may be able to do it right away, I had issues becuase when i was at bb the sprint store was closed and i guess didnt show the phone bacl
