goto start/setting/system/task manager/button, check the box for "enable quick menu on today screen".

By default, Manila says Country, but I am using a custom weather database built by Conflipper. He removed most of the countrys as most users here are N. American.....it does have Canada, Costa Rica, Mexico, Puerto Rico, & UK.
I can post the stock manila weather database file if anyone wants it.
