Also, does anyone think Best Buy will allow me to exchange the phoneeven if it's 2 days past the 30 allowed?

I've been experiencing this same problem since a week. I've sort of figured out that it was my memory card, the phone works perfectly without it but the screen blacks out with it in. Went to the Sprint repair store and they;re in the process of ordering a new one but the model is back order, so .......
