HEre is what I would do....

Flash stock ROM in the Stock ROM links Thread. This will certainly get you out of boot loader. After this finishes you can then unlock again and then reflash.

Dont worry about syncing with active sync. Not needed if you are already in bootloader. The only reason you have to sync with A/S is so you can put it in booloader mode. Well your laready there.

Other than that, search for "exit bootloader"
