I am purchasing new cell phones for Council (local government) and wanted some feedback from people that own the Pro Duo. Are there any problems with the slide-out keyboards? I was thinking the Duo would be better than the diamond because the people who will be getting the phones are about as technical as a skunk in mating season. I don't think the touch keyboards using a stylist would be the way to go. For those that have the Duo... can you please give me some feedback to load my brain before I spend $649.00 each from Telus.
