For me it was the VGA screen!!! After I owned the axim51v i could never go back to qvga so I waited 6 years to get a smartphone
the extra memory is awesome too!
gps although laggy is good enough. and the keyboard is perfection!!! it's the best phone out right now
and sprint service is great in Los Angeles.
