Just an update on my situation:

I still have not received the phone I ordered on 12/26 from ebay user nomair. I filed a Paypal dispute this morning, but since the item has a tracking number (current status is "Electronic Shipping Notification Recieved" and has been since the 26th) the resolution center is saying that the item shipped and I should wait for the package to arrive before they will review the case.

What a pain in the butt. All just to try to save a few bucks. At this point it really doesn't seem worth it. And to boot, the cost of Diamonds on Ebay have increased, so I won't even be able to get one for the same price I paid this jerk.

If any of you can send me a reputable non-asurion seller I would greatly appreciate it.
