I need some help!

I currently have approx 1800+ contacts in my outlook database.....
(I will need to export contacts into an invoicing or accounting software)

My needs are then

1. I would like to be able to enter contact information into outlook
(PUSH Data)


2.Have that information "trickle" and or syncronize into invoice software


3.I want to have the ablility to invoice from my laptop or phone.

Basically I want to have outlook push my contact information out or have info sync on a daily basis......

(I mostly enter new clients on desktop or phone in the field)

Any suggestions?
