Re: Text Sender's Name "First,Last" rather than "Last, First"
I'm looking for another piece of software but I quickly found this one that should help do the change for all your contacts rather than individually. I haven't tried it and I'm still looking for the other one.

Edit: I found a solution for Outlook which I use as my primary contacts tool. Use the file as sorter add-in for outlook here http://www.pocketpcfaq.com/raj/FileAs.html
