Thanks. When you go through the process it tells you what is and what isn't covered, and warns you that your account will be charged up to $200 if it is not under warranty.

I have never had a problem personally with this, as I have been using this for the past year and a half with no issues.

As long as it isn't physical damage, or liquid damage (which is covered through Assurion, not Sprint) You shouldn't be charged anything.
