You can change the landscape icons look by using Manilia Editor to extract the image and once you have altered it, you can replace the image.

Example:
1. I find the manilia file that contains the image that I want to alter
2. I save the image to my hard drive
3. I use Adobe Photoshop to change the image
4. I save the image (File - Save for Web - Settings "PNG-24" - Save)
5. I then go back to the manilia file with in Manilia Editor and replace the image with my newly created image.

As for the taskbar I have attached the files that I use, but the credit for the creation goes to Tsowen located here.
