Go to the homepage (the Sprint default homepage) on your phone's internet...either Opera's or IE and click where it says check for updates. The latest Picture Mail cab is there. Download it to your phone and install.

Wait, it says that it's an enhancement so it may not work, but it's worth a shot. And although I hate to say it, you can always hard reset.
