I'm sure many people use more than 18. I'd much rather launch a program from the TF3D tab (hit program right softkey -> hit program) than go through the start menu (which I barely use). Using the start menu for some extra links works but I'd prefer to stick to one place and have some uniformity. It's just silly you can't add more apps to the tab.
