What do you need for manual activation?
I sold a used diamond on ebay and the guy who bought it was unable to automatically activate via the Telus auto activation number. Uncertain why, but he couldn’t sort it out with tech supppr… so I was going to walk him through editing the ##3282# profile registry, yet I am uncertain with what fields he needs to get info for from TELUS tech support? ( I know his unlock code)

I know I need the phone number, what else?
