Both phones target different audiences. That said, every complaint you have given so far can be addressed. In regards to the screen locking on dialing...unless you are dialing 1 digit every few seconds, it doesn't become an issue until you are using a system that requires more input or an extension to be dialed. In those cases, you can press one extra key (just one) and continue on your way, or disable it altogether in the registry. WinMo devices are not for the technically inept, imo. I'd daresay that WinMo isn't really game friendly, either. My phone isn't a toy, though. If I want a gaming system, I will get a PSP or DS, and both of those beat the crap out of the iPhone for gaming.

The issue with google maps is not within Samsung, Verizon, or Microsoft's control.



I tell you what drives me nuts mostly about the iPhone, is the need to hack it, just to be able to install other applications besides what Daddy, I mean Steve Jobs, allows you to.
