My Programs screen is composed of 9 different 'buttons'. Organizer, Internet, Multimedia, Tools, Programs, Settings, and Messaging. The 4th icon is a favourites page. Go to programs / settings and then customize menu. Highlight 'My Menu' and then go to 'Menu' 'Add' 'Add Link'
this allows you to place programs in here that you use often.
The 3 _ _ _ icons across the top bar indicate if you have BlueTooth (blue), WiFi (Yellow) and Phone (Green) switched on/off. This is your Comms Manager. May need to soft-reset to get these showing colours correctly.
