Just a brief update about that Gmail app that I asked about a few days ago:
I got it installed and working. It's pretty awesome, as I expected. I can search all my thousands of archived emails, etc. I happily deleted the IMAP-d account I had set up before. I had to install the
Esmertec JVM. It appears that Juicy planned to add that to
version 4.2 of the ROM, but it looks like that never happened. Anybody know what the story is there?
