Forgot to mention the camera button though I know she would have said "oh it still works". And the rest of the problems (wifi switch not working half the time, buttons snapping, etc) just happened to be working fine and couldn't be reproduced. My luck.
I go home to MA in a few days and I know a place up there that when my last cell wasnt working properly (dying real fast and they couldnt figure out why), they said they would return it as a defective screen. When the 2nd (new) girl said the screen wasnt defective, the older woman said "well we can fix that"... I love that place, the older woman did everything in her power to do the most for the customer, hope shes still there ... but I digress... comeon new mogul.. I lose my job as of new years, maybe sprint can make it up a bit with a new phone that works 100% ::laughs::

Damn. Wish you posted this a month ago and shared which store I should go to instead. Not to say the NH store isn't good - they are. If the MA store is willing to go that extra mile and tackle all comers to make a customer happy though - hell yes I will drive to them instead.
