Personally I dont care myself if it is GSM or CDMA. Try going over to XDA and flashing a gsm rom on your diamond and see what happens. All I was stating is that if roms have to be built specific for GSM and CDMA then its possible that the android that is being distributed by them hasnt been built around a CDMA.
