Eer, the fact that the tiny (& much too stiff) buttons suck
IMHO??
I didn't buy the phone for the KB & I really like most everything else about it (although I miss the hell out of my Titan scroll wheel).
I would still have bought the TP even if it didn't
have a hardware KB, I
LIKE using Touchpal better than any hardware KB. The reason I picked the TP over a Diamond was the extra memory & expandable storage card, the hardware KB didn't even enter into it.
