if i were you(and i was if you see that my 1st ppc was the treo 700wx which broke down 6 times in 2 months)i would just call *2 and explain what's going on.after you get the run-around just tell them to transfer you to cancelations.they will put you on the right path.but you must be willing to cancel your service or at least act like it to get this to work or they will do nothing.my 2nd ppc was the touch free of cost in exchange for the treo.just tell them you will not pay for service on a phone that don't work.good luck soldier!
