I sent a trouble ticket to the CorePlayer support team asking if the will ever fully support the ppc-6800 and its qualcomm 7500 chipset. They replied stating that they do support the phone but do not currently support the hardware acceleration pertaining to the qualcomm chipset; which is why you see that the benchmarks are higher on the treo. They are looking into the situation to see if they will add it to any of their future releases of the software.
