The thing is so screwed up now after all my hours of fiddling around that I may just do a hard restart and reload the programs.

If I do, should I also do as I did before and load the Spb program files to "my storage" under "programs"? As a general rule, I am not storing anything on "my device". Is this a problem???

PS - You know what I think? I think Verizon and/or Samsung should pay people a few cents for every time someone clicks the "thanks" button for successful advice related to their phones. After all, many times the good Samaritan’s advice may be the difference between someone keeping the phone and returning it - which is a big financial hit every time it happens. Since they have virtually no real-world support......this seems like a critical function.
