I use Pocket Artist, but mainly as a photo editor. It isn't so much a drawing program as an image editing program ... it basically has the functionality of something like Photoshop 4.0, which is amazing if you think about it. The price is very reasonable for a program of this power, though there are a few relatively minor bugs ...
