exactly...my store cant do that either since its 3rd party repair center if we cant fix it than we order you an replacement. our inventory is different from the inventory for the replacement program. besides 2 months is outside your 30 days so you have no choice but to get refurb as mean as it seems but after 30 days your screwed but look at i likethis since phone so new chances are you wont get a refurb. but 3rd party store inventory is not own by sprint its the companys inventory. thats like if you owned the store and you bought phones from sprint to sell and a customer comes in with a broken defective phone and demands you to give you your phone you bought to sell in return for a phone that sprint the company itself sold you. you the owner of store would lose out for something that not there fault. it not going to happen your not going to get a 3rd party store to replace your phone in store your only option is to wait or go to corporate store at even at that corporate wont guarantee doing so inless they a corp repair center and if they cant fix it than they swap it out. like you cant do an insurance claim in store either you cant walk into a store say i lost my phone here is 50 dollars give me a new one. that gotta go through asurion.
