Best way to do it is to contact Care or Tech Support. They will put a memo on the account for a Corp store to swap it out if its covered under TEP/ESRP. I am a third party dealer/service center. We cant take phones off the shelf for repair/replace because we buy our phones at a specific cost and get reimbursed on the back end from sprint when we sell a New Act or Upgrade. Uusually if its after thirty days we have to do an Advanced Exchange, and mine was over the thirty days but i didnt want to wait or get a refurb so i just called CS and they put in a note, and then went to the nearest Corp store and they swapped it out for me.
