there's more to it than just installing the cab.....did you follow these instructions

1. Copy ALL FILES in StreamingPlayer.zip to /Windows
2. Copy StreamingVideo.lnk to /Windows/Start Menu/Programs
3. install 838Pro_Streaming_v210.cab to Main Memory
4. Soft reset

You also have to copy the attached .dll that was posted above.
