Agreed. The reason they are in the ROM is because that is the "inaccessible" area. It is where the carriers put files and programs that they don't WANT removed. Try a reflash from the kitchen and be sure to unselect the games and programs that you don't want.

I have taken to only doing bare minimum ROMs and just adding the programs I want later. ( I have them all in a folder labelled "New Install" on my storage card. So when I flash I just open that folder and start installing.)
