If you havent done so already, I would take it outside and try to get the lock that way..I can get a lock inside, but it takes a lot longer because of the lack of signal...Outside I can get a lock in about 45 seconds... Also I've noticed that using the HTC GPS Tool, I cant get a lock until it sees about 8 satellites..But thats just me, everyone seems to be different..
