I Have followed the steps indicated, waited 15min, and soft reset. the \Atlog\ATDbg0.txt was not created.
If it has been created maybe im not seeing it. ( I assumed it would be where i made the changes)

One thing i should note my phone has not been activated through sprint yet.(trying to get it set up before activation.
