Has anyone tried this .cab with the wmodem.exe ver 2.25 on an Apache?
My older wmodem.exe is part of the ROM, I think installing from a .cab with the new version has issues due to the older ROM version. I was able to install, the tethered PC recognized the 6700 as a "CDMA USB Modem" in Device Manager.
I set up a network connection to use the USB modem. But as soon as I dialed, the PC returned errors stating the PC was unable to establish a connection.
Modem diagnostics showed the 6700 commnicating with the PC OK.
I might try the older 6700 drivers on the PC.
Anyone care to chime in??
