In case anyone liked this splash, I found it.
I got the bright idea to search my computer and laptop for NBH's and found a whole bunch from a few months back.
I used dutty's NBH tool to get the SecondarySplash.nb and tried to use image converter.exe in the splash tools folder, but for some reason it wasn't working so well. I searched and found nbimg.exe
