So ALL that does is change the taskbars, right? I see something called 'Vodaphone' and I think it's going to change the entire skin. Is this *JUST* for the taskbars?

^^^I actually like that type of black a little better than solid black, because it'd mesh entirely with the TF3D slider colors. So I downloaded WisBar 3 and installed it, but it says
"In order to run WisBar 3, you must disable the HTC Task Manager"
