Its all about the coding, and it isn't there yet for the Qualcomm 7500 processor. That thing is much more powerful and when the coding is there we should start to realize it. One of the biggest things that Qualcomm said you should see is that it will be faster when using the radio and playing media because of the 2 processors each handling an individual task unlike most others that will split the CPU time.
