Well the interesting thing is I tried an 'HTC Black' skin not too long ago but it didn't have a black clock and the background made it impossible to see the list of programs in the 'All Programs' flick menu. So now I've got everything set the way I like it with the only exception being the taskbars.

The one thing that's different in this case is that this file's called "Black BAR" and is too small to be a skin CAB... is that just a taskbar customizaion?
