What kind of tool are you talking about. Please give in details which would be of great help to people like us who r stuck in an unstable WM6 and are neither able to upgrade WM6.1 or downgrade to Stock ROM.
Also while upgrading or downgrading i get errors like 101 or that "Device not designed for this ROM". Moreover sometimes it switches on properly or mostly it gets stuck at start up screen showing no radio.
