its all pretty subjective. just use what you feel offers the best response from the rom while maintaining a enough ram to keep your programs running.
you can also set a dynamic pagepool so that the device will use what it needs when it needs it. it is still helpful to have a good reserve set (like 24-32mb) so that it is available at all times.
