OK, I havent unlocked a 6800 in a while and I just got a new one from Sprint as a replacement. I tried to follow the instructions but I keep getting the ERROR 260
I clicked on the hard spl and then followed the instructions when I got to the disconnect reconnect part i do that and keep on then the installer comes on but then it gives me the error 260.
Any help please
