lipidfats I have yet to see it drain the battery in a noticeable fashion. It's simply a better locking system IMO. If you want to lock it quickly simply press power. Also if the unlocking and locking gestures are cumbersome you can change them to your likeing. Also (yeah i'm rambling) it's a really small app that dose exactly what the stock lock should have.
