The only real benifit I see is the awesome looking VGA screen. So I think Ill skip this step of the HTC eveloution and wait for the ''next'' latest and greatest.

I just warrantied my vogue this week and got a brand spankin new one (not refurb) So Id say it'll hold out till the next release.
Interesting... I was wondering if some of the new phones still have the bad screens...

The thinless alllowed for the phone to rest comfortably in jean pocket with a case on.

I then felt the TP in stores, it's as bulky as the mogul. This was deal killer for me. Not sure while any one would prefer this over the touch.
Do you remember the old threads where we had the goal to find whether or not we had the "good" screen? ALL of the VZW Touch's had the good screen, but only about 25% of the Sprint ones had the screen.

I returned mine and showed the pictures to the Sprint reps, and they said they wanted to make me happy, so they pulled out 8 boxes of Touchs, and said they would open them all until they found one with the perfect viewing angle.

Magically, the first box they opened had the perfect angle. It's literally 180 degrees both horizontal and vertical. It's beautiful... It's actually a better screen than what I had on my Pro, in terms of color, contrast, and brightness, but only QVGA

I wonder if Sprint uses an anti-glare digitizer or something?? Cause Im almost positive the screen is exactly the same.
Sprint once again cheaped out, and their version had a cheaper screen. I got lucky, but I know they (the good screens,) are rare...
